The Most Important Part of Building is Planning.

An example set of Dial's working drawings is available for potential clients who are have decided to retain serious architectural planning for an actual building project. The planning phase does not require a commitment from the beginning to build with DAC-ART. A separate agreement is used for DAC-ART. Then, another separate agreement is used for Construction Management or for Builder Services.

The result of the planning service is a set of thorough and extensively detailed AutoCAD drawings for your project. Dial's technical drawings and structural drawings from a structural engineer supplement the architectural drawings. Theodore uses AutoCAD beyond planning and during construction on daily basis to manage and to answer jobsite questions and to instruct workers on an ongoing basis.
