DAC-ART looks exactly like the thick, solid stone in many parts of Europe, particularly in Paris. It is made of concrete, formed and shaped artistically to serve Ted Dial's architectural design of each particular home. Théodore Dial, Ted's nom de plume, provides all the architectural drawings for each project through his planning service.

Each of these Stone Concrete Homes is Unique

DAC-ART's geometry is extremely versatile, beyond what's seen in any other of today's building methods, materials or products. DAC-ART is not an "ICF" like so many other "concrete houses" turn out to be. DAC-ART's outer skin is thick moulded concrete. DAC-ART enables a one-of-a-kind design for individual homes, while maintaining solid advantages in hurricane-proof strength and durability.

The architectural lines, proportions, and details embody Théodore's 38 year history of studying and restoring historic homes in New Orleans and Mobile and studying the traditional architecture of buildings built with stone in France. His career has culminated in a focused study of traditional stone architecture and of stone buildings while designing and building unique new cottages, houses, and luxurious villas..

Théodore sculpts final touches to many of his solid homes so that his original art becomes part of the whole. This follows the European tradition of building where uniqueness can be found on each building with architectural stone work..
